*ATHLETIC REGISTRATION IS OPEN!

Athletic Registration is completed online via a Google Form and is only required one time per school year.

In order to participate in athletics at Burlington High School, the following requirements must be met:

  • The Parent/Guardian AND the Student-Athlete are expected to complete the online athletic registration together using this Google Form. 
  • A physical dated on or after 4/1/25 must also be on file with the Athletic Office.
  • $125 Athletic Fee (per sport) must be paid online via Skyward.

    In order to participate in athletics at Burlington High School, the following requirements must be met:

    Once the parent/guardian and the student-athlete have completed these three requirements, the Athletic Office will notify the head coach that the student is eligible to participate. It is the family’s responsibility to complete all requirements to participate in athletics at Burlington High School.

    The athletic department will receive a confirmation email that athletic registration (Google Form) has been completed.
     

    If these requirements are not completed, the student is not eligible to practice or compete in high school athletics.

    Who is eligible to purchase?
    Adults - Ages 18 to 64 years (Senior citizens 65 & over receive free admission)

    Why buy a pass?
    Single-game tickets cost $6 each. If you plan to attend 10 or more home games this year, the pass pays for itself!

    Passes cover admission for:
    Football, Boys & Girls Volleyball, Boys & Girls Basketball & Boys & Girls Wrestling
    Please note: Passes are not valid for WIAA postseason games.

  • A Physical Clearance Form dated April 1, 2025, or later MUST be on file with the Athletic Department to participate during the 2026-2027 school year. A doctor must date and sign the card.

    Please print the Physical Clearance Form or visit the Athletic Office.

    HOW TO CHECK YOUR LAST PHYSICAL EXAM DATE IN SKYWARD:
    To check your student’s last exam date in Skyward:

    1. Login to your family account in Skyward.
    2. Click on "Health Info" on the left-hand side.
    3. Find your student’s name, click on "Display Options" next to the student's name.
    4. Choose "Show Physical Exams" in the dropdown menu.
    5. The most current date listed is what is on file in the Athletic Office. A current physical for the 2026-2027 school year must have an exam date of 4-1-25 or later.

  • Beginning in the 2026/27 school year, the Southern Lakes Conference will use a platform called Bound. Schedules, ticket information, bus times, scores, rosters, etc., may be found on Bound.

    We encourage you to sign up for notifications in Bound. Notifications on the Bound app can be easily managed to ensure that you are getting the notifcations you want. Notifications can be managed in two separate locations:
    1) The individual school or team page
    2) The settings area withing your notificaiton area.

  • There is a $125 athletic fee to participate in athletics at Burlington High School per sport. Please pay this fee online, via Skyward, using a credit card. Skyward uses RevTrak to process these payments, the same provider used for school registration and food service accounts.

    To pay the athletic fee:

    1. Login to your Family Skyward account.
    2. Go to “Fee Management” located on the left side of the page. 
    3. Click "Add a Fee".
    4. Choose the correct Sports Season. Click "Add", then "Back".
    5. Click "Make a Payment" to open RevTrak.
